1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SendYourPitch ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SendYourPitch is an AI-powered writing assistant that helps sales professionals, founders, and business development teams draft personalized outreach messages to prospects they have identified through legitimate channels. We do not provide email lists, contact databases, or email sending infrastructure.
3. Guest Access & User Accounts
Visitors may generate one message without creating an account. Continued use beyond that requires a free account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password, and you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly: Starter at $9 USD per month (2,000 message drafts) and Pro at $29 USD per month (15,000 message drafts). Payments are processed securely through our payment processor. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Free Tier
Free accounts are limited to 3 message drafts per day, in addition to the single guest message described above. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time.
6. Anti-Spam Compliance & Acceptable Use
SendYourPitch is a writing tool only. Users are solely and fully responsible for how they use content generated by the Service. By using SendYourPitch, you agree to:
- Only contact prospects through legitimate, consensual channels
- Comply fully with the CAN-SPAM Act (USA)
- Comply fully with GDPR (European Union)
- Comply fully with CASL (Canada)
- Comply with all other applicable local anti-spam and data protection laws
- Never use this Service to send bulk unsolicited messages
- Never use this Service to harass, threaten, or abuse individuals
- Take full legal responsibility for your outreach activities
SendYourPitch does not endorse or facilitate spam. Any misuse of the Service for unsolicited bulk messaging will result in immediate account termination.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SendYourPitch and are protected by international copyright laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
SendYourPitch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. SendYourPitch is not responsible for how users apply generated content.
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including any misuse for spam or unsolicited messaging, without prior notice or refund.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or prominent notice on the website.
