7-Day Money Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your SendYourPitch Starter or Pro plan for any reason within the first 7 days of your subscription, we will issue a full refund. Simply contact us at hello@sendyourpitch.com with your registered email address and we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.

After 7 Days

After the first 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time and you will retain access to your paid plan's features until the end of your current billing period.

How to Cancel

Cancel anytime by contacting us at hello@sendyourpitch.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@sendyourpitch.com with subject line "Refund Request" and include your registered email address. We will process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Misuse Policy

Refunds will not be issued if an account has been terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, including misuse of the Service for spam or unsolicited bulk messaging.
