We collect information you provide directly to us, including your email address and password when you create an account. We also collect usage data such as number of messages drafted per day.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide and improve the Service, process payments, send transactional emails, and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with service providers who assist in operating our Service, including Supabase (database) and our payment processor.

4. Data Storage

Your account data is stored securely using Supabase. Payment information is handled entirely by our payment processor and is never stored on our servers.

5. Prospect Data

For Free plan users, any prospect information you enter into our tool is used solely to generate your message draft and is not stored permanently on our servers after generation.

For Pro plan users, we save your generated messages (including the prospect and product information you entered) to your account's message history, so you can revisit past drafts. You can request deletion of your history at any time by contacting us at hello@sendyourpitch.com, and your history is automatically deleted if your account is deleted.

6. GDPR Compliance

If you are located in the European Union, you have rights under GDPR including the right to access, rectify, port, and erase your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@sendyourpitch.com. We process your data based on your consent and our legitimate interest in providing the Service.

7. Cookies & Local Storage

We use minimal cookies necessary for authentication and session management only. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. We also store a single flag in your browser's local storage to track whether you've used your one free guest message — this contains no personal information and is not transmitted to our servers.

9. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

10. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
